Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using the services provided by Codex Sovereign Systems Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England & Wales, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide AI governance software, digital products, subscription services, and consulting sessions as described on our website and product pages.
3. Digital products
Digital products (reports, toolkits, templates) are delivered electronically and provided “as-is”. Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds are available after download or access has been granted.
4. Subscriptions
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of your current paid period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial periods.
5. Consulting sessions
Consulting sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
6. Payment
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual property
All content, software, and materials provided through our services remain the intellectual property of Codex Sovereign Systems Ltd. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your internal business purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Disclaimer
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
