Codex Sovereign Systems Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales. We operate the platform at portal.codexsovereignsystems.com.

Data we collect

• Account information — email address and, optionally, company name when you place an order.
• Payment — processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
• Usage analytics — collected via PostHog (EU-region hosting) to improve the platform. This includes page views, feature usage, and anonymised device information.
• Support correspondence — any emails or messages you send us.

How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide and improve our services, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing
• PostHog — product analytics (EU region)
• Railway / Vercel — infrastructure hosting

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request a portable export of your data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for analytics at any time

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records).

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies (PostHog) are used to understand how the platform is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
